Property styling is the process of staging your home to get it ready for the market. This differs from my regular interior design service because I am styling your property to appeal to potential buyers, and not just yourself.
If you want to attract your ideal buyer and help your property achieve the highest possible sale price, property styling is crucial. The process is about more than just making your home look 'pretty'. It showcases a lifestyle and helps potential buyers visualise themselves living in your home.
When it comes to property styling, I'm not inclined to remove everything and bring in all new furniture. This can result in a cold and impersonal look that feels like many other houses your buyer has walked through.
Instead, my approach is to work with existing pieces within your collection to create an individual look. Sometimes an overhaul isn't necessary, simply a new perspective and fresh approach makes all the difference.

There are a lot of reasons you may choose to undertake interior styling services throughout your lifetime. As we get older, our needs and the needs of our family change, and I believe our homes should evolve along with us.

My bespoke botanical wallpapers are a creative project very close to my heart. I love the nostalgic element of creating a piece of art that preserves the love of your garden, a childhood home or even a memorable trip away.
Translating my art into wallpapers, they can then be integrated into your home's design and serve as a happy reminder of those special places; bringing a smile to your face each time you stop to admire.
The creative process starts by first collecting and studying each specimen so that I can sketch its intricacies in pencil, followed by watercolour paint to add colour and depth. Finally my illustrations are scanned and digitally edited to create your customised, removable wallpaper.
Each artwork is produced with the utmost care and attention to detail. If my wallpapers are the perfect touch missing from your home or commercial project, I'd love to work alongside you to create something nostalgic and beautiful.

Repurposing your furniture and home decor comes with so many benefits. Not only does it help achieve a more personal and nostalgic feel within your home, repurposing is also more budget and environmentally friendly.

The design process can take anywhere from 2 weeks up to 6 months depending on the scope of the project. The size of the home, number of rooms and level of customisation needed are all taken into consideration. Feel free to contact me for a more definitive timeframe.

One-off consultations are $150 per hour. More complex consults are tailored to the needs and budgets of my clients and a package can be structured. Typically my pricing increases along with the size of the home and the number of rooms.
